VALLEY COURT OFFICES
We are a family run business on a working farm and have been offering office space to let for the last 30 years.
All of our units are completely self-contained with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom facilities. The buildings themselves are both converted barns and newly built units, clad in dark wood to maintain the traditional look of the site. Internally they are finished and maintained to a high standard.
Some of our units benefit from the provision of solar electricity generated by panels on the roof. These units are able to use all of the electricity generated by the solar and any remaining unused is put into the grid.
We have a private, on-site, fibre optic broadband connection of 1GBPS (1000 Mbps) which is hardwired into every unit and there are a range of contracts available with the provider, Bridge Fibre, to suit different budget and capacity requirements.
There is extensive on-site parking for each unit which is allocated as required.
The site grounds are maintained to a very high standard and benefit from a rural setting. Outside seating amongst the shade of the trees is available to everyone which is popular during the summer months. A walkway around the farms adjoining fields is mowed throughout the year and we welcome anyone who wants to stretch their legs to make use of it, either by themselves or with a furry friend.
A sandwich van visits the site and offers freshly made lunches, teas, coffees and snacks.
Being on site we are always able to deal with any issues immediately.
