All of our offices are self contained with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom facilities. The buildings themselves are both converted barns and newly built units, finished and maintained to a very high standard.

The offices benefit from the provision of electricity generated by solar panels on site installed on a number of the units. 


We have a private, on site, fibre optic broadband connection of 1GBPS (1000 Mbps).

There is extensive on-site parking for each unit which is allocated as required. 

The site grounds are maintained to a very high standard and benefit from a quiet rural setting. Outside seating amongst the trees is available to everyone which is popular during the summer months and a private walk around the farms adjoining fields,  maintained throughout the year, we welcome anyone who wants to stretch their legs to use.

Valley Court Offices is situated in a well-serviced, rural area on the (A603) B1042, nine miles south west of Cambridge, only a 14 minute drive, and just north of Royston.

The area has exceptional road and rail connections. The M11, A1 and A10 are all nearby, giving access to London. The A603 road is one of the most direct routes in and out of Cambridge with easy access to the town centre, Addenbrookes and Cambridge Science Park. The M11, A1 and A10 provide access to London alongside direct train connections to London Liverpool street and Kings Cross from Cambridge Station and Royston Station.

Royston Station is 6 miles south, from where you can catch a 36 min fast train to London Kings. Cross. Cambridge station also has regular trains to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street every 15 minutes.

Stansted Airport is within easy reach. You can catch a direct train from Cambridge station to Stansted on the hour. Cambridge airport is only a 30 minute drive.
